What Does It Mean To Me To Be Associated With Integrity Business Referrals?

The truth of the matter is that I had been looking for and not finding a group of business owners willing to step out in faith and declare that they were unashamed Christians like I was.  It took a move to Polk County to find such a group, and I could not be more enthused about being associated with Integrity Business Referrals (IBR).  Businessmen and woman who answer to a Higher Authority than the state or local governments that grants us our occupational licenses to operate.  People who I have met on a personal basis and would feel comfortable referring their services to anyone I might come into contact with who need their specific services.

Unlike the “good ole boy” network that operates in many local towns, this group of business owners meet a couple of times a month to share leads, offer testimonials to what God is doing in their lives and businesses and more importantly, continue to put God first before profits and financial gain.  And rest assured that if there were someone who may slip into the IBR group who does not abide by the standards set, they would not be here very long.

Since I can only speak for Lake Mary Realty & Goulet Commercial, and myself, I will tell you that I do the right thing for my clients, even when no one is looking.  It doesn’t matter to me what the industry or current trends tell us is acceptable business behavior, I want people to know that they can trust what I say to be true.  And the truth is that I never ever want to say or do anything that would harm a client who has put their trust in me to work on their behalf.

Since the cornerstone of IBR is the word INTEGRITY, here is what Webster’s dictionary defines the word as: “firm adherence to a code of especially moral or artistic values: incorruptibility”

I have met almost all the principal owners who belong to IBR and they would all fit the above definition.  Especially the word “incorruptibility” comes to mind.  Will they always be the cheapest in town?  Probably not, but I am certain as I write this that you will get what you paid for and will never get charged for something you did not need.

As for me and being in the real estate business for over 25 years, I know that there are so many choices out there you can make to either represent you in the sale or purchase of a residential or commercial property.  That is why I treat my assignments with my clients as the privilege it is.  So many people in the real estate business treat their clients like just another number or body that comes through the door.  I want the people that I manage properties for to know beyond a shadow of a doubt that their best interests are being served when I am on the job.  I owe them my best and that is what they get.

It is like this with every business owner that has joined Integrity Business Referrals in Polk County.  I would urge you to look down the list of service providers and see for yourself that these are people you can trust.  I am proud to be a part of this organization of business owners who have it right.  We all serve a cause greater than our businesses and ourselves and it translates into honest work for an honest dollar.  It really cannot be any simpler than that!
