The Description of your business in the Integrity Business Referrals Directory is the heart of your listing. Because it is so important, you have access to an online editor that offers a range of options for creativity. This is a screenshot of the entire editor bar:

The editor buttons are described below, and how they can used help make your entry the best it can be.

| Source - Reveal the HTML source code. If you have coded your entry in a tool like Frontpage or Dreamweaver, and want to paste the code into the editor window, just hit this button to turn off the editing functions and paste the raw code in. | |

| Format Text - Select text from your listing, and press one of these buttons to Bold, Italicize, or Underline it. | |
| Lists - Select text from your listing, then use the first button shown to create a numbered list, or the second button to create an unordered list (bullet points). | |

Link/Delink - Select text from your listing, then press the icon shown on the left to create a link to a page on the Web. When you press that icon, a popup appears in which you can type the Web address:
To delete a link, highlight the link and then press the icon on the right, which will "'break" the link. |

Paste from Word - If you have written your entry in Microsoft Word or some other text editor, click this icon to popup a Window to paste in the text.

Image - Use this button to upload an image to put in your description. Follow the steps below to upload and place an image. 1) Put your cursor where you want the image to be placed in your directory listing. 2) Press the image button, you see a popup like this:
Click the "Upload" tab as shown above. 3) Browse for your image on your local computer. It would look as below:
Select the image, then click "Send the Image to the Server" to upload it. 4) After the image has been uploaded, you can go to the first tab to control the size of the image as shown below.
If the image is too big for the space, just change either the Height or the Width to make it smaller. The system will set the other attribute to keep the image proportional. 5) To align the image, you can do one of two things. If you want the image to be alone on a line by itself, then you may clikc OK to exit the Image popup, click the image, then use the alignment buttons to align the image to the left, right, or center. If you want the text to flow around the image to the left or to the right, then follow the instructions below. 6) Click the Advanced tab. You will need to enter one of the following Stylesheet classes: site-img - The text will flow to the right around the image. site-right - The text will flow to the left around the image.
If you do NOT put in one of the above classes, then your image will end up on a line by itself. |

| Alignment - Select text or an image, then click one of these buttons to align left, right, or center. | |

| Horizontal Line - Put your cursor where you would like to separate your entry, then click this button to insert a horizontal line. | |
| Style - Select text, then use one of these options to take advantage of the template's style classes like Header1, Header2, Header3, or Header4 | |
| Text Color - Select text, then use this button to change the color of the text. | |
| Save - Save the contents of the editor window. | |
| Indent/Outdent - Select text, then use one of these buttons to either increase the indent or the outdent of the text. |
