One of the goals of Integrity Business Referrals is to ensure that only truly Christian business men and women are listed in the directory. Pastors are critical in meeting this goal by providing an important character witness for all potential members.
In order to approve your membership in our directory, we ask that you please have your pastor fill out the Pastor's Affidavit which you can download below. The download link is a PDF file. You can get it to your pastor in a variety of ways:
- Download the PDF and send it via email as an attachment.
- Use the Email icon on the top right of this page to email a link to this page to your pastor. Your pastor can then download the file.
- Print the PDF, and give a physical copy to your pastor.
Once your pastor has completed the form, it can be submitted via email, or good old US mail to us. The mailing instructions are on the form for ease of use.
